Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of HR management, including sourcing, performance management, and program development.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• 🔹 Oversee and manage the HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• 🔹 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• 🔹 Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
• 🔹 Manage payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• 🔹 Oversee and maintain the ADP system, including payroll, time tracking, and reporting.
• 🔹 Address employee relations matters and foster a positive workplace culture.
• 🔹 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• 🔹 Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
• 🔹 Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• 🔹 Calculate and review hourly paid payroll.

Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 🕐 Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll processing and ADP system management.
• 📚 Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
• 💬 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• 💻 Experience with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
• ⚡ Willing to work in a fast-paced Korean corporate culture.
• 🏭 Willing to work in a manufacturing industry environment.
• 🇰🇷 Korean bilingual ability is required.
