Role Overview

As an HR Support Specialist, you will:

• Facilitate or coordinate site-based new hire orientations, ensuring a welcoming experience for new employees 🎉
• Provide HR guidance to a small group of departments under the supervision of a Senior HR Business Partner or HR leader 🧑‍💼
• Apply LifeBridge Health policies and procedures to resolve routine HR issues ⚖️
• Guide and support the HR Operations Representative, assisting with their workload as volume requires 🔄

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience 🕒
• Bachelor's degree preferred; will consider 7+ years of work experience in lieu of a degree, including a minimum of 4 years in a professional HR environment 🎓
