Mia Aesthetics Is Hiring A Hr Director

We are seeking an experienced Tactical HR Director to lead HR initiatives across multiple states, supporting leaders at all levels. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR within large to medium-sized organizations, preferably including healthcare, and be bilingual in Spanish. 🚀

Position Overview

HR Director will report directly to the SVP, HR and play a key role in providing strategic HR support and guidance.

Location & Travel

• Location: Support multiple US states
• Travel: Up to 20% as business needs require ✈️

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders on core HR disciplines, including performance management, leaves, accommodations, employee relations, retention, and exits.
• HR Matters Navigation: Handle HR issues with precision and excellence—analyzing topics, researching solutions, and implementing effective actions.
• Employee Relations: Lead investigations, document findings accurately, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively; demonstrate strong reasoning skills in debriefings.
• Project Management: Present assignments and projects with clarity, demonstrating strong business acumen and HR knowledge.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the SVP of HR on various HR initiatives and projects.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support HR operations.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Educational Background: Master’s degree preferred; at minimum, HR education at the bachelor or master level.
• Experience: 12+ years of HR support experience working with leaders across multiple states.
• Languages: Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
