As our operations expand, we are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, people operations, and internal coordination across our growing business functions.

This position is perfect for individuals passionate about Human Resources, recruiting, operations, and organizational support within a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in several core HR functions while supporting multiple teams and projects, offering hands-on experience in:
- Recruiting and onboarding
- People operations and internal workflows
- Administrative coordination and organizational support
📝 Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and hiring logistics
- Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
- Coordinate scheduling, internal communications, and administrative workflows
- Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR operations
- Help optimize recruiting workflows and internal processes as the organization scales
- Support employee engagement initiatives and people-related projects
- Assist with office operations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination tasks
- Collaborate with leadership on recruiting, operations, and organizational initiatives
- Provide support for HR, administrative, or operational projects as needed
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; fields such as Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related areas are a plus
- Professional Mandarin language skills required
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Responsible, proactive, and independent work ethic
- Interest in recruiting, HR, operations, or business support functions
- Reliable commute to Manhattan is essential
