• Full-time, in-person position based out of Brooklyn, NY
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Compensation

Pay range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year 💵 (depending on experience)

Job Summary 🎯

We are looking for a **dynamic Home Care Marketer** with a minimum of **2+ years** in healthcare or home care marketing and recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven relationships with:

• CHHA/LHCSA contacts
• Special needs advocates and coordinators
• OPWDD liaisons
• MD offices and referral departments from CHHAs/LHCSAs

Candidates with experience as a Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Community Habilitation staff (IRA), Early Intervention provider, or within DOE/District 75 are highly encouraged to apply, as this supports a nuanced understanding of client needs and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Represent the agency at community networking events and conferences
• Create and manage strategic marketing plans with weekly effectiveness reports
• Maintain ongoing relationships with established LHCSAs, IRAs, and referral sources
• Identify opportunities to transition clients from B2B services to CHHA for medical and therapeutic services
• Educate caregivers, coordinators, and families on CHHA services and eligibility
• Build and nurture strong referral relationships
• Act as a liaison between B2B teams to ensure smooth patient handoffs
• Adhere to professional attire standards: no jeans or sneakers

Qualifications 📚

Education

• High school diploma required
• College experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Equivalent work experience will be considered

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in marketing, business development, or referral coordination within home health, home care, or healthcare services
• Knowledge of LHCSA and CHHA operations, services, and eligibility criteria

Skills

• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and networking abilities
• Strong organizational skills for managing patient transitions
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
