📝 Job Requirements:
- Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License
- Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, or Polish — bilingual preferred
- Willing to work in Elizabeth or Union, NJ
- Reliable transportation
- Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

🩺 Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance clients’ well-being and quality of life as a CHHA
- Provide direct client care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Assist with transportation, meal prep, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed
- Support clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Promote client safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, happiness, and social engagement
- Work comfortably in diverse client homes, respecting various personalities and behaviors
