About the Role 🚀

As part of our Foundation, you will collaborate with a lean, experienced Business Development team to further grow the Jito Network. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading efforts to expand in Asia by establishing relationships with exchanges, custodians, and prime brokers for JitoSOL integration.
• Managing staking relationships with current and prospective holders, including HNWIs, institutions, trading firms, and liquid funds interested in minting and holding JitoSOL.
• Working closely with local ambassadors to build and nurture Jito's community throughout Asia.

Who You Are 🎯

• Eager to make a meaningful impact on Solana and Jito's growth trajectory.
• Experienced with Solana’s ecosystem and related technologies.
• Deep familiarity with crypto institutional players and their products.
• Spectrum of skills as a strategic communicator and visionary thinker, capable of defining clear directions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently towards long-term goals.
• Strong command of English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
