Job Description: Growth Support Specialist

Role Overview

• Collaborate with: Community Liaison/Business Development team to support patient admissions and expand patient census.
• Communicate: Engage inbound and outbound contacts with patients and referral partners to explain enrollment benefits and schedule initial appointments.
• Verify Insurance: Ensure accurate patient insurance verification efficiently.
• Manage Inquiries: Handle internal and external questions regarding patient eligibility and admissions.
• Educate: Inform patients and referral partners about our mission to deliver high-quality, personalized healthcare at home for those in need.
• Adhere to standards: Follow internal quality, productivity, and compliance standards diligently.
• Understand Processes: Gain comprehensive knowledge of eligibility and enrollment procedures within the Medical Group.
• Respond Promptly: Address email inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a healthcare-related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Skills: Excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal abilities with effective prioritization.
• Attributes: Professional demeanor, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all personnel levels inside and outside the organization.
