What You’ll Be Doing 📝

• Greeting and checking in patients for their appointments
• Scheduling appointments with care and attention to detail
• Answering phone calls and ensuring clients feel heard and helped
• Setting up patients in treatment rooms (bonus points for untangling cords like a magician!)
• Providing general assistance to our dedicated physical therapist
• Maintaining a positive, energetic office atmosphere

Must-Haves ✅

• Bilingual in Mandarin & English (Absolutely required!)
• Availability during the following hours:
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
