Fanatics is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and elevate our fulfillment and manufacturing center, driving safety, efficiency, and innovation to set new industry standards.

Role Overview

As the General Manager, you will oversee all operations of the fulfillment and manufacturing facility. Your leadership will encompass guiding the executive team, managing budgets, and crafting strategies to position the site as an employer of choice. Your goal is to ensure seamless, safe operations while implementing innovative initiatives to make the facility "best in class".

How You Will Make an Impact 🚀

  • Lead fulfillment and manufacturing operations, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with corporate strategies and annual objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to enhance customer service and profitability.
  • Serve as a key strategist in commerce planning initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in cost, service, and margin across the distribution center.
  • Implement KPIs and analyze performance to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance systems, including WMS upgrades.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.

What You Bring to the Team 💼

  • Over 10 years of leadership experience in Distribution and Logistics, including 3PL and Cross-Docking.
  • More than 6 years of proven people management expertise.
  • Deep understanding of global supply chain strategies, vendor management, cost modeling, and Lean practices.
  • Experience with contracting, business ethics, and executive communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with WMS (Manhattan preferred) and Oracle.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Where You’ll Work & What’s Required 📍

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role in a warehouse environment with flexible hours (Monday–Friday) and occasional overtime. Some travel may be required but typically not extensive. The role involves exposure to noise and weather conditions, with physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and climbing as needed.

  • Hire, train, and manage performance of exempt and supervisory staff.
  • Analyze large data sets to develop actionable insights and business strategies.
