We are looking for a skilled and bilingual (Korean-English) General Accounting Data Processor to handle high-volume financial data entry and reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. 🌟

Job Overview

As a General Accounting Data Processor, your main responsibilities will involve managing accounts receivable and payable transactions, executing SAP data entries, and collaborating with various finance teams to maintain data integrity throughout the project duration. This role demands precision, expertise in SAP, and the ability to manage dynamic financial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Perform AR and AP transaction processing, focusing on accuracy and punctuality.
• 🔹 Execute and validate SAP data entries for payments, invoices, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• 🔹 Reconcile bank accounts and ensure the integrity of financial data during the project.
• 🔹 Collaborate with client’s finance, treasury, and project teams to support operational stability.
• 🔹 Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies or transactional issues promptly.
• 🔹 Maintain documentation and audit trails compliant with accounting policies.

Qualifications

• 🔹 Korean Bilingual proficiency is required.
• 🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 🔹 Over 5 years of experience in General Accounting, focusing on AR & AP.
• 🔹 Strong familiarity with SAP (FI/CO or equivalent modules); ERP experience is a plus.
• 🔹 High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• 🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• 🔹 Knowledge of corporate treasury processes.
• 🔹 Availability to work on-site at the client location for approximately 6 months.
