Responsibilities 🎮🤝
As a Gaming Support Agent at 5CA, you will:
- Handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio
- Assist players with account management and technical support
- Resolve purchase-related and gameplay queries
- Stay informed about the latest projects, updates, and releases of the client’s games
- Collaborate with a team of agents under the guidance of a Team Lead and Operations Manager
- Participate in training modules to develop and enhance your skills
About You 🌟
- You speak Italian and English at an advanced level
- You are based in one of the supported countries listed above
- You possess deep gaming knowledge and passion for video games
- You're a fast learner with a proactive attitude and troubleshooting skills
- You have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home
- (Optional) Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Technical Requirements 🚀
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mb/s download and upload with good latency
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Operating System: Windows 11 (all editions except S Mode) or macOS 13.0+
- Processor: CPU Mark of at least 9220 (e.g., Intel i5-8400 or newer)
- Graphics Card: G3D Rating of at least 4806 (e.g., GTX 760 or stronger)
- Smartphone for 2FA with:
- Android 10.0+ or
- iOS 16.0+
