Who You Are

• Native or fluent in Vietnamese, with solid English skills
• Outgoing and confident, capable of captivating a live audience
• Comfortable working shifts in a live studio environment
• Reliable, professional, and resilient — able to perform under high-paced, high-stakes conditions
• Previous experience in presenting, streaming, or entertainment is a plus but not required — your personality and energy are what matter most
