🚤 Your Role at Galapatours

As an English-speaking Galápagos Specialist, you'll sell exclusive, sustainable cruises on small, luxurious yachts around the archipelago. Reporting directly to Micaela, our Director of Booking Platforms, you'll be part of an international team passionate about delivering extraordinary experiences.

🎯 Daily Responsibilities

• Advise clients by answering questions and presenting trip options via email, phone, and video chat.
• Coordinate with providers to confirm prices, block spaces, and negotiate deals.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize trip promotion.
• Enhance customer experience before and after sales to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

🔑 What You Bring to the Table

• A passion for sales with at least 2 years of proven results.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for fair and sustainable tourism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick rapport-building abilities with customers and suppliers.

• Speak a second language.
• Have visited or worked in the Galápagos Islands before.
