🛠️ Responsibilities

  • Handle user tickets: Address issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Communicate effectively: Provide excellent verbal and written support in both English and French.
  • Assist users: Guide clients through installing applications and peripherals.
  • Diagnose issues: Ask targeted questions to identify problems efficiently.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance: Walk users through solutions simply and clearly.
  • Hardware experience: Work with printers, cabling, and laptop rebuilds.
  • Troubleshoot: Test alternative methods until issues are resolved.
  • Customize applications: Tailor desktop setups to meet user requirements.
  • Document issues: Record technical problems and solutions meticulously.
  • Escalate support: Forward unresolved issues to higher-level support.
  • Follow up: Ensure users' systems are functional post-support.
  • Feedback collection: Report customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.
  • Documentation: Assist in creating technical manuals and documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Effective teamwork and leadership qualities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of O365 applications
  • Experience with MS Intune, Azure AD, MS Exchange Online, and Autopilot (Support Level 1, not Design or Engineering)
