Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat 📞✉️💬
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly
- Accurately update customer information in our systems and CRM 🔍
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining high service standards
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions
- Achieve performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction 🎯
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members and departments
Candidate Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) 🗣️✍️
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers, preferably in BPO
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining service quality
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM/ticketing systems 💻
- Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure
