📝 Job Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in both French and English

🗓️ Scheduling & Availability

• Work 40 hours/week with at least one 8-hour shift on a weekend day (priority given to candidates available both weekend days).
• Availability required for holidays to support customers year-round, with possible schedule adjustments during holiday periods.

Available Shifts (Arizona Time):

• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM: Any days, including at least Saturday or Sunday
• 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday

🏠 Work From Home Requirements

Ensure all work, from application to daily duties, is conducted from a private, quiet home workspace free from distractions. Child or dependent care arrangements should be comparable to an in-office work environment. The position requires:

• Your personal computer meeting technical specifications
• Headset, webcam, and reliable internet connection
• Participation in video conferencing with webcam always on, appropriately dressed, with a neat home background.

🎓 Training & Physical Demands

Participate in a dynamic four-week paid training program combining instructor-led sessions, role-playing, interactive activities, videos, and e-learning modules to prepare you for customer interactions. The role involves light physical exertion, such as sitting for long periods, focusing on screens, and handling back-to-back calls with a wired headset.
