About the Role 🧳

As an Executive Travel Consultant at Amex GBT, you will deliver exceptional travel experiences to our corporate clients. Working within a dynamic, high-performing team, you'll provide personalized support and top-tier customer service. Responsible for managing client relationships and crafting creative travel solutions, you will utilize advanced tools and technology to meet client needs in a flexible, remote setting.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day 🚀

• Handle all travel reservations — domestic and international, including flights, trains, ground transportation, and hotels, using Sabre.
• Advise VIP clients with tailored solutions and recommendations, ensuring compliance with their travel policies.
• Operate across multiple channels— phones, emails, and other platforms— while meeting key performance indicators like customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Engage proactively by offering additional services such as hotel bookings and car rentals.
• Maintain excellent client relations by employing effective communication techniques.
• Represent the company with enthusiasm and uphold our ethical standards, values, and compliance policies.
• Follow all company policies to ensure a high-quality service experience.

What We’re Looking For 🔍

• Fluent in Canadian French and English
• Deep knowledge of booking practices for flights, hotels, cars, and trains—locally and globally.
• High-end corporate client service experience that exceeds expectations.
• Over 5 years of experience as a corporate travel advisor.
• Sabre proficiency is a plus.
• Expertise in fares and ticketing rules for international and domestic travel.
• Excellent communication skills— both written and verbal.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service with attention to detail.
• Integrity in handling sensitive traveler information.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Working Hours & Location 🕒🌎

Candidates should be available to work Monday through Friday, between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with shift flexibility depending on client hours. This role is based remotely in the United States.

Compensation 💰

The US national base salary range for this role is $46,900.00 - $87,100.00. Salary offers will be influenced by the scope of responsibilities, experience, skills, and location. For detailed benefits, please refer to our Benefits-at-a-Glance document.
