About the Role

The Executive Travel Consultant at Amex GBT provides exceptional travel experiences to our corporate clients. Working within a dedicated and talented team remotely, you will ensure personalized service and high-quality support, taking full responsibility for client relationships by offering creative travel solutions using cutting-edge tools and technology.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• 🛫 Manage all travel bookings: Coordinate domestic and international flights, rail, ground transfers, and hotel arrangements, including complex itineraries via Sabre.
• 💼 Provide expert advice: Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to VIP clients, adhering to their travel policies and preferences.
• 📊 Monitor performance: Operate across multiple channels, ensuring high client satisfaction, productivity, and building strategic partnerships.
• 📧 Communicate effectively: Utilize phone and email communication to respond to client requests and maintain excellent relationships.
• 🌟 Upsell proactively: Recommend additional services like hotels and car rentals to enhance traveler experience.
• 🙌 Exude enthusiasm: Demonstrate energy and commitment while respecting company ethics, values, and compliance policies.
• 📝 Follow company policies: Strictly adhere to all Amex GBT policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 🇨🇦 Fluency in Canadian French and English.
• 🛫 Deep knowledge of booking practices and policies for flights, hotels, vehicles, and trains both nationally and internationally.
• 🌟 Experience in high-end executive customer service.
• ⏳ At least 5 years of experience as a corporate travel advisor.
• 🎯 Proficiency in Sabre (preferred but not required).
• 💼 Strong understanding of fares and ticketing rules for worldwide travel.
• 📝 Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• ✨ Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
• 🔒 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential traveller information with integrity.
• 💻 Proficient with basic computing and multitasking across multiple applications.

Working Hours & Location

📅 Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday, between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, based on client needs. The role is fully remote within the United States.

Compensation & Benefits
