We're seeking a dedicated bilingual Korean logistics professional to manage and streamline our international and domestic transportation operations.

Company Overview

Position Duration: 1 year contract

Location: On-site

Staff Level Compensation: $21-26/hr, DOE

Senior Staff Level Compensation: $27-29/hr, DOE

Requirement: Bilingual in Korean is essential

Job Description 📦

• Manage full-cycle international and domestic logistics operations, including FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air, and other modes
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatching
• Arrange and track transportation schedules with trucking and shipping carriers
• Prepare and verify commercial documents (BL, AWB, BOL, invoices, packing lists, etc.) for compliance and accuracy
• Handle billing processes, including issuing invoices (A/R) and verifying vendor invoices (A/P)
• Monitor and analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements to meet margin targets
• Conduct settlement processes and ensure timely cargo shipment closures
• Maintain precise records within internal TMS/ERP systems
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• Support problem resolution related to delivery, damage, or loss incidents

Qualifications 🎯

• 1–5 years of relevant logistics experience preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse/transportation coordination, import/export procedures, and customs regulations
• Bilingual in Korean required
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving under high-pressure environments
