About the Role

As a Annotation Quality Reviewer, you will be instrumental in ensuring data quality, helping AI models understand language, images, and information accurately.

Responsibilities
- Review & Analyze Data: Evaluate text, images, videos, social media posts, news articles, and more to ensure correct labeling and contextual accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Perform QA checks on annotations done by others, identify errors, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Content Labeling: Classify or tag content based on detailed guidelines—such as sentiment analysis, medical terminology, or tone categorization.
- AI Content Evaluation: Rate the quality of AI responses, fact-check generated content, and assess tone appropriateness.
- Flag Sensitive Material: Identify biased language, misleading claims, or inappropriate visuals to uphold ethical standards.
- Process Improvement: Suggest guideline updates, enhance workflows, and mentor new team members.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Korean (C1) and at least English (B2), both written and spoken.
- Experience in mentoring, teaching, consulting, editing, reviewing, or related professional/academic work.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and structured feedback.
- Proven experience in annotation or data labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
