About The Role 🎯

Annotation is crucial for enabling AI to make sense of the world — it serves as the bridge between raw data and intelligent understanding. As an Annotation Quality Reviewer, you'll play a vital role in shaping how AI systems interpret language, images, and information. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide feedback on data quality, and help maintain high annotation standards across various projects.

Important note: This is a project-based role. Tasks are available only when projects are active. Your invitation to participate may depend on your profile and current opportunities.

Responsibilities 📋

• Review and analyze diverse data types — including text passages, product descriptions, social media posts, news articles, and visual content like marketing images and short videos — ensuring correct labeling and contextual accuracy.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on work completed by other annotators, identify inconsistencies or errors, and provide constructive feedback to enhance data quality.
• Label or classify content according to detailed project guidelines — e.g., tagging sentiment in reviews, identifying medical terminology, or categorizing tone in marketing copy.
• Evaluate AI-generated content by assessing response quality, factual correctness, and tone appropriateness — such as comparing chatbot outputs or fact-checking summaries.
• Flag problematic or sensitive material, including biased language, misleading claims, or inappropriate visuals, to ensure compliance with ethical and safety standards.
• Contribute to process improvements by suggesting guideline updates, workflow efficiencies, and mentoring new team members on best practices.

Requirements ✅

• You hold or are pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in any field.
• Advanced proficiency in Korean (C1) and at least English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Experience in mentoring, teaching, consulting, editing, reviewing, or related professional or academic work.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to give clear, structured, and constructive feedback.
• Proven experience in annotation or data labeling.
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
