Job Summary 🎯

• The Forensic Interviewer conducts interviews with victims of child sexual abuse, sexual assault, and other violent crimes.
• Provide after-hours and urgent forensic interview services on a rotating, on-call basis to meet the needs of victims and team partners.
• Conduct forensic interview training to empower new team members and professionals.

Job Requirements 📋

• Professional knowledge equivalent to a Master's degree in multiple disciplines
• Valid Maryland LMSW, LCSW, or LCSW-C license as a Social Worker, Counselor, or Psychologist
• Previous relevant experience required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to respond physically to on-call interviews within 30 minutes
• Knowledge of child development and developmental disabilities
• Experience in child sexual abuse and trauma fields
• Experience in Intimate Partner Violence is a plus
• Strong cultural competency understanding
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Completion of CFH's forensic interview training is preferred
• This full-time role involves 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts (9-5 and 11-7) and on-call responsibilities

Compensation Range 💰

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $74,000 depending on experience.
