Job Description 📝

This role involves providing clients with tailored advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Triaging client leads and making referrals to appropriate business partners based on client needs and assets
• Meeting with clients to review and plan their financial and investment strategies
• Building comprehensive financial plans utilizing various brokerage products
• Recommending suitable banking and investment solutions
• Completing necessary licenses and trainings to expand knowledge and compliance requirements

Note: This position may involve residential mortgage loan services and requires SAFE Act registration. Employees must register with the federal registry and pass a background check. Failure to maintain registration could result in disciplinary action, including termination.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Assist clients in planning their short- and long-term financial goals using stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions
• Recommend strategies aligned with client needs and financial objectives
• Triaging client requests and connecting them with appropriate internal service providers
• Mitigate and control risks as part of daily activities
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client insights

Required Qualifications ✅

• Bilingual Korean speaker
• Hold Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66); conditionally offered if missing one series with a passing score within 60 days
• At least one year of experience in the investment industry, with knowledge of investment products and services
• Minimum one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment with proven goal achievement
• Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication
• Ability to manage goals, prioritize tasks, and navigate a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and incorporate regulatory due diligence

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• Strong computer skills and multitasking ability
• Three or more years of relevant financial industry experience
• Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC
• Insurance licenses

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually, dependent on experience, education, and skill set.
