Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Financial Operations team plays a crucial role in managing client funds. Our mission is to deliver the highest customer experience through operational excellence and leveraging the dedication of our service-oriented team. We collaborate proactively with Sales, Client Services, and Compliance teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately and promptly, fostering a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support back-office operations by processing customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
• Facilitate inbound and outbound payments (wire transfers, credit cards, e-checks, checks)
• Learn and navigate various banking systems to support treasury functions
• Assist in managing risks associated with financial transactions
• Keep management informed of processing issues and red flags
• Manage and execute internal projects or delegated tasks
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and participate in enhancing client treasury processes

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin is required
• Availability to work between 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
• Willingness to work in-office 4 days a week (1 remote day optional)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a solution-driven team
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
• Proactive multitasking and team player mindset
• Self-management skills to meet deadlines and client SLAs in a high-volume environment
• Strong passion for learning about Financial Operations and Global Banking
• Previous experience in operations, back-office, or customer service roles is a plus
• Schedule flexibility is essential

Additional Details

This hybrid role based in Warren, New Jersey offers a competitive entry-level salary range of $40,000 - $43,000. Salary is determined based on factors such as education, experience, and skills. Subject to business performance, the role may also include participation in an incentive compensation plan.
