Position Details
- Title: On-Site Bilingual Spanish Speaking Field Time & Attendance Coordinator
- Location: 148 39th St. Suite 19-4-BB, Brooklyn, NY 11232
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Pay Rate: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (weekly pay)

Responsibilities: What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve issues like missing clock ins/outs, late arrivals, missed visits, and early departures.
- Handle Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) concerns efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure timely and precise attendance data for payroll and billing processes.
- Assist Caregivers in troubleshooting EVV recording methods: Mobile App, Telephonic IVR, and FOB devices.
- Guide Caregivers on best practices for accurate timekeeping and compliance with policies.
- Conduct training sessions for Caregivers on attendance systems and updates.
- Serve as a resource for Caregivers, addressing questions and concerns regarding attendance.
- Provide feedback to management on recurrent attendance issues.
- Communicate with Caregivers, Clients, and Operations staff to resolve real-time attendance and verification issues.
- Document all actions and outcomes in relevant systems following SOPs.
- Protect client and caregiver data in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
- Educate Caregivers on attendance policies and verification procedures.
- Coordinate with Payroll & Revenue Cycle teams to resolve pay and billing discrepancies.
- Aim to meet productivity goals set by management.
Qualifications: What You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of previous related experience
- Familiarity with Electronic Visit Verification systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations
Management & Physical Requirements
- Management Authority: Trains and directs work of other associates
- Physical Demands: Sedentary role; ability to remain stationary; effective communication skills
