Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain semiconductor and SMT inspection equipment at customer sites 🛠️
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting 🔧
• Respond to customer service requests and technical inquiries 📞
• Collaborate with headquarters (HQ), sales teams, and customers to ensure smooth project execution 🤝
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required ✈️

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (AA, AS, AAS) or Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering or a related field 🎓
• English proficiency required; Korean language skills are a plus 🇰🇷
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word) 💻
• Willingness to travel within and outside the U.S. 🌎
