Meet The Team

You will support two Vice Presidents in Cisco's Silicone One Group, responsible for defining and managing the lifecycle of silicone devices that power all Cisco networks and customers. The managing VP is based in San Jose, while the other is located in Israel. 🌍

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Prioritize schedules and meetings for the VP, managing invitations, attendance, and substitutions as necessary.
  • Event Speaking Engagement Coordination: Oversee VP's engagements, collaborating with communications to ensure content is prepared.
  • Meeting Planning & Organization: Organize meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and take/distribute notes; develop post-meeting action lists.
  • Travel Briefing Preparation: Create comprehensive travel packs for international and large domestic events, coordinating logistics and related requests.
  • Correspondence & Approvals: Act as proxy for communications, handle routine inquiries, and follow up on approvals.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate global travel arrangements, optimize itineraries, and manage expenses diligently.
  • Special Projects: Support executives with research, data analysis, and reporting for various projects.
  • Large Corporate Events: Prepare itineraries and accompany VP to major events like GSX, providing executive support.
  • Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates have experience supporting VP-level executives and bring energy, initiative, and a strategic outlook to their work. Essential qualities include:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and independent judgment
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Enjoyment of collaborative environments and problem-solving

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in an administrative role, including at least 2 years supporting a director-level or higher executive
  • Expertise in Windows applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven experience in calendar management, meeting planning, and travel coordination
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to connect with all levels of staff and clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hebrew
  • Experience in the high-tech industry, with prior Cisco experience preferred
  • Associates degree or higher
