Location & Role Overview 📍

Location: Must reside in Dallas, New Orleans, Louisville, or Cleveland (hybrid role)

As part of our Enterprise Support Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our organization operates smoothly. You'll leverage your communication skills (verbal & written) to interface with employees at all levels, supporting EY teams in delivering outstanding client service, fueling growth, and maintaining profitability.

The Opportunity 🚀

Support executives within the Japanese Business Services group at EY, with potential assistance across other service lines or engagement-specific teams. Your experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies will contribute to achieving the company's strategic goals within a diverse, high-performing team.

Your Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Organizing and managing comprehensive schedules, travel arrangements, and expenses
  • Preparing and revising documents including presentations, emails, reports, and agendas
  • Coordinating internal and external events as needed
  • Developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with project plans for small local and virtual teams
  • Responding to internal customer needs, ensuring queries and concerns are addressed according to firm policies
  • Sharing knowledge on work processes, resources, structure, and business practices
  • Working closely with managers to gather feedback, provide quality service, and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications ✅

  • Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and communication proficiency)
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three years supporting multiple key stakeholders in a large corporate environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications 💡

  • Experience with automated calendar tools (e.g., Outlook) and mobile devices (iOS & Android)
  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint
