ektello Is Hiring An Executive Administrative Assistant Bilingual
Seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Korean - Executive Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership with excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a contract position based onsite in Plano, TX, with a competitive hourly rate.
Position Details
- Type: W2 Contract, minimum 12 months
- Location: Onsite in Plano, TX
- Compensation: Target W2 $30-32/hr
Requirements
- Language: Must be bilingual in Korean and English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: At least 5 years supporting VP-level executives and staff as an Executive Assistant
Core Responsibilities
Administrative & Personal Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and personal assistance
- Maintain executive itineraries and schedules
- Screen communications and handle highly confidential materials
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodations, meetings, and community events
- Manage inventory of property and equipment
- Prepare personnel transaction documents and assist with accessing company benefits and communications
- Process expense reports accurately and timely
Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate meeting logistics (location, A/V, meals)
- Handle communications with external partners, agencies, and media professionally
- Maintain continuous contacts and relationships at the executive and industry levels
- Assist with interpreting and clarifying requests, and follow-up actions
- Prepare executive reports and compile data for internal and external communications
- Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations for executives
Meeting & Event Planning
- Schedule meetings and special visits, coordinating with internal leadership and VIPs
- Provide VIP accommodations, special travel needs, and hotel arrangements
- Obtain detailed directions and logistics from dispatchers and other executives
- Book conference rooms, maintain equipment, and prepare meeting materials and supplies
- Assist with the preparation of agendas, distributing materials, and managing logistics
Document & Office Management
- Establish documentation standards and create templates
- Ensure network access, resolve IT issues, and manage applications and printing
- Support good relations between executives, employees, and clients through correspondence and gestures of appreciation
- Participate in project or committee work as needed
- Manage office supplies and organize department events and office maintenance
Additional Support & Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and coordinate logistics for workshops and events
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support department operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven track record in executive schedule management and support
- Language: Strong bilingual communication skills (Korean & English)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills both internally and externally
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in Korean essential
