Seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Korean - Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic environment. This is a W2 contract position lasting a minimum of 12 months, requiring onsite presence in Plano, TX. Competitive pay ranges from $30-32/hr.

Job Overview

Must be bilingual in Korean and English with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting VP-level executives and staff. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative, clerical, and personal support to top executives, managing schedules and communications, coordinating travel, and handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Maintain executive itineraries, screen communications, manage records, and process expense reports accurately.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, meetings, and transportation.
  • Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including VIP visits and special events.
  • Document Preparation: Compile reports, create presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence using various PC applications.
  • Facilities & Equipment: Manage conference room scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory of office supplies and property.
  • Communication & Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and industry contacts, ensuring professionalism at all times.
  • Network & Technical Support: Maintain system access, troubleshoot network issues, and support office technology.
  • Special Projects & Events: Assist in organizing department events, projects, and committee involvement.
  • Office & Employee Relations: Support general affairs such as managing supplies, maintaining office environment, and sending appreciation notes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive schedule management and travel planning
  • Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent bilingual communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with executives and industry contacts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience preparing complex documents, presentations, and reports
  • Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
  • Minimum of 5 years supporting VP-level executives in a corporate environment
