- Compensation: Starting at $125+ per evaluation

📝 Job Responsibilities
- 🔍 Conduct comprehensive evaluations for infants and toddlers to determine eligibility, services, and recommendations, following Early Intervention guidelines.
- 🗣️ Perform in-depth parent interviews to understand child's background and medical history, addressing questions about service eligibility.
- 🎯 Assist in developing the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) with age-appropriate goals aligning with developmental milestones.
- 📄 Compile detailed reports including test scores, behavior observations, medical information, and service recommendations; review for accuracy and consistency.
- 🗣️ Lead information conferences to discuss evaluation results, answer questions, set goals, and advocate for children as needed.
- ✅ Conduct quality assurance activities such as review and critique of evaluations to ensure standards are met.
- 🏡 Provide services in home or daycare settings as required by Early Intervention protocols.
- 🤝 Collaborate effectively with colleagues, children, and families throughout the evaluation process.
- 💻 Prepare and submit evaluations electronically in a timely manner.
🔑 Certification & License Requirements
- NYS Certified Special Education Teacher
- NYS Certified Teacher of Students with Disabilities - Birth-Grade 2
- NYS Certified Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped
- NYS Certified Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities
- NYS Licensed Physical Therapist
- NYS Licensed Occupational Therapist
- NYS Licensed Speech Therapist
- NYS Licensed Psychologist
