- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, tape measures, wire strippers, and utility knives to complete assembly tasks.
- Follow established production processes and uphold quality standards for consistent output.
- Inspect work for accuracy, wiring correctness, and overall quality before moving to the next stage.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adapt to different product types and assembly tasks as required.

This is a first-shift role with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. You'll work in a production setting focused on assembling electrical products, utilizing common hand tools, and collaborating closely with your team to meet goals. The environment emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork.

Contract to Hire position based in Piscataway, NJ.
💰 Pay and Benefits
The pay range is $17.00 - $18.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply, and benefits may depend on your job classification and employment duration. Available benefits include:
