• Assemble electrical products, including cords and mobile generator systems, according to specifications.
• Perform point-to-point wiring to connect components accurately and safely.
• Strip wires and prepare conductors with proper tools and techniques.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, tape measures, wire strippers, and utility knives to complete assembly tasks.
• Follow established production processes and uphold quality standards for consistent output.
• Inspect work for accuracy, wiring correctness, and overall quality before moving to the next stage.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adapt to different product types and assembly tasks as required.

This is a first-shift role with hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. You'll work in a production setting focused on assembling electrical products, utilizing common hand tools, and collaborating closely with your team to meet goals. The environment emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork.

📍 Job Type & Location

Contract to Hire position based in Piscataway, NJ.

💰 Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $17.00 - $18.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply, and benefits may depend on your job classification and employment duration. Available benefits include:
