We are seeking enthusiastic Entry Level Associates to become part of our dynamic team. Fluency in Arabic is essential, as this role involves regular communication with Arabic-speaking customers. 🔹 Entry Level Associate Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers in Arabic and English
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage customer accounts and follow-ups
• Support sales outreach and customer engagement efforts
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Track customer interactions and performance metrics

🔹 Qualifications & Skills:

• Arabic fluency is mandatory
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Previous Entry Level Associate experience is a plus
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
