Upwork Is Hiring An English French German Speakers for Review of Content

Join Our Team as a Freelance Insurance Content Reviewer and Writer 🤝

We are seeking three detail-oriented freelancers proficient in German, French, and English to review and craft insurance-related Q&A content, ensuring accuracy and clarity for our clients.

About the Role

You will work within a provided review interface to evaluate and enhance insurance website content, including product pages, policy summaries, coverage details, exclusions, claims procedures, and FAQs.

The Work

  • Review existing Q&A pairs: Assess 200–300 candidate questions and answers in your language, verify their accuracy against source documentation, and correct or flag inaccuracies.
  • Create new Q&A pairs: Develop 20–30 questions grounded solely in the provided documentation, with answers derived directly from the sources.
  • Develop boundary questions: Generate approximately 15 realistic questions that the documentation only partially covers, where the chatbot should decline or redirect rather than guess.

Example Boundary Question

Question: Will my home insurance cover damage if I rent out a room on Airbnb?

Expected behavior: Decline or redirect, noting that coverage for short-term rentals is typically excluded or uncertain.

Why unanswerable: The source describes general coverage but doesn't specify short-term rentals.

Related evidence: General coverage and exclusions sections.

Missing information: Clarification on short-term rental coverage.

Suggested safe response: "Standard policies may exclude short-term rentals like Airbnb. Please contact your insurer for details."

Important Guidelines

  • Avoid casual or trivial unanswerable questions, e.g., jokes or unrelated topics.
  • Focus on questions where the documentation provides some info but may be insufficient or need clarification.
