Your IT & Corporate Recruiter Is Hiring An Engineering Support Specialist

Your IT Recruiter is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist for our client. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.

Provide technical support and expertise in radio frequency (RF) engineering. This role involves assisting with the design, development, testing, and maintenance of our Spectrum Engineering and Spectrum Management software.

The ideal candidate will have some background in RF principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with RF engineers to diagnose and fix software bugs and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Spectrum-E software application
• Provide first-line support for software users and testing environment.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Spanish/Portuguese/Hebrew language skills are a plus.
• Experience with PHP, JavaScript, and Web Development programming is desirable.
• US citizenship or Permanent Resident
