About this Role

As an Emerging Markets Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Account Executives, transforming how restaurants operate in diverse markets. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and tailor solutions to meet unique regional needs.

Responsibilities 📝

• Manage and support a team of 6-8 Account Executives, ensuring their productivity and pipeline health
• Coach reps to conduct efficient discovery meetings, live demos, and craft solutions in Spanish that meet prospect needs
• Collaborate with the Director to gather frontline feedback, guiding strategic investments in emerging markets
• Identify opportunities to streamline the sales funnel with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Partner across teams to ensure delivery exceeds expectations set during sales interactions

Do You Have the Right Ingredients? 🍲

• Fluent in Spanish — able to coach reps and communicate with prospects seamlessly
• 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing roles
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven success record
• Passionate, inspiring, and motivating others
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, flexible, and resilient under pressure

Compensation Range 💰

The estimated Total Targeted Cash range for this role is between $181,000—$290,000 USD. This includes base salary, commission, and eligibility for equity and benefits. Starting salary depends on skills, experience, and location. Commissions are uncapped.
