Corteva Is Hiring An Emea Benefits Advisor

Join our team as an EMEA People Service Center Benefits Advisor and play a vital role in managing employee benefits across multiple European countries, ensuring smooth and efficient support for our diverse workforce. 🌍

Overview

This position is part of our People Service Center, dedicated to administering benefits for employees throughout Europe. You will serve as the primary resource for employees navigating local benefits, handling inquiries related to policies, procedures, and transactions, all while supporting seamless organizational operations.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

  • Benefits Administration: Manage various employee benefit programs with close collaboration across teams, including the People Service Center, Payroll Team, and Total Rewards Center of Expertise.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with benefit vendors, process escalations, and follow up on operational issues.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Request, analyze, and generate detailed reports from internal and external sources, ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems like ServiceNow ticketing, Workday, and other HRIS platforms.
  • Process & Project Collaboration: Contribute to People Projects as needed, balancing operational responsibilities with project work, and managing your workload independently.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Technologies, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and either Italian or German is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in Benefits and/or Compensation, with hands-on experience using HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, including regular use of Copilot.
  • Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian or German, with strong research and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to organize and prioritize in fast-paced environments, work independently, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.
