We're seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Campaign Coordinator to seamlessly manage asset coordination, ensure quality control, and facilitate smooth campaign launches for our diverse clients.

The Mission 🎯

You are the central hub of the campaign launch process. Your mission is to take a signed contract from Sales and partner with our Account Managers (AMs) to hunt down every asset needed for a perfect launch. From Geofencing lists to high-res banners, you are the gatekeeper who ensures our Fulfillment team has a "clean" order to execute. Because you are fluent in both English and Spanish, you bridge the gap for our diverse client base, ensuring that strategy and technical specs are never lost in translation.

What You'll Be Doing 🛠️

  • The Resource Hunter: Partner with AMs to coordinate with Sales and Clients. Secure logos, copy, URLs, and specific Geofencing coordinates needed for the campaign.
  • The Bilingual Creative Liaison: Manage creative requests, bridge client feedback, and ensure ad copy in both English and Spanish is grammatically correct and culturally resonant.
  • The QC Gatekeeper: Audit assets before submission—verify banner specs, video formats, and data lists to meet platform requirements and prevent delays.
  • Fulfillment Tracker: Submit final digital marketing orders and monitor the Fulfillment team's progress to meet "Go Live" dates.
  • The Professional Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on missing assets with Sales, Clients, and internal teams to avoid project stalls.
  • The Clean Handoff: Once the campaign is live and verified, transition account management to the AM for ongoing support.

  • A Time Management Pro: Skilled at balancing high-volume workloads, from technical QC to client follow-ups.
  • A Documentation Expert: Proficient in CRM and project management tools, ensuring all interactions and assets are properly logged.
  • Detail-Obsessed: Vigilant about catching typos, pixel errors, and any issues that could impact campaign success.

The Toolkit You'll Need 🧰

  • Language Mastery: Fully bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish. Capable of leading kickoff calls and performing technical QC in both languages.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume Customer Service, Agency Coordination, or Ad Operations role.
  • CRM Mastery: Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage project pipelines.
  • Independent Drive: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions proactively.

Compensation 💵

Pay Range: $52,000 - $58,240 per year
