Your Responsibilities at SIXT

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls, ensuring prompt and effective assistance.
• Assist customers with questions related to vehicle rentals, pickup procedures, and ending reservations.
• Verify customer information and offer related support to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide technical support during key pickup moments and troubleshoot issues within the self-service platform.
• Collaborate with international branches to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Upsell and promote improvements through outbound calls, enhancing customer experience and sales.

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English. Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are advantageous.
