Roles & Responsibilities 📋

  • Support dealership clients enrolled in the Dealer Digital Program in both French and English.
  • Build and nurture relationships with dealership clients remotely via phone and email.
  • Communicate digital program expertise to clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with certified vendors to process dealership requests such as enrollments, cancellations, or upgrades.
  • Analyze analytics to derive key insights for product and service recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain and manage brand compliance standards.
  • Participate in weekly account status meetings to provide updates from the Dealer Support team.
  • Conduct digital health assessments and outreach for program growth as needed.
  • Log client information in Salesforce CRM accurately.
  • Communicate with the account team to troubleshoot issues, generate reports, and update client records.
  • Brief field team members on client history whenever necessary.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

Desired Skills & Qualifications 🎓

  • Fluency in French Canadian dialect is essential.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Automotive, or related internships/organizations.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with unfamiliar digital tools such as Salesforce, Lead Management Systems, and websites.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
