We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated native Hebrew speaker to enhance the quality of data powering global products. If you're passionate about language and data accuracy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate internationally and improve user experiences worldwide.

Position: Data Quality Analyst – Hebrew Language Specialist

Type: 6-Month Contract
Location: Hybrid – Redmond, WA or Burlingame, CA
(Mon/Fri Remote, Tues/Wed/Thurs Onsite)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM PST
Compensation: $27/hour 💵

What’s the Job? 📝

• ✍️ Author and refine guidelines for Hebrew-language data collection and quality assurance audits.
• 🔍 Conduct internal research studies involving Hebrew-speaking participants, including sourcing, guiding through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
• ✅ Perform weekly quality assurance audits of Hebrew-language data collected by internal and external teams.
• 📊 Compose weekly reports highlighting trends and issues specific to Hebrew-language data.
• 💬 Provide ongoing feedback to collection teams to ensure high-quality Hebrew data and monitor program performance for best practices in data quality improvement.

What’s Needed? ✅

• 🗣️ Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written) is required.
• 🚀 Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
• 🤝 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 🔎 Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• 💻 Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel), including formula writing.
