We're seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated native Polish speaker to enhance the quality of data powering global products. Contribute to improving user experiences worldwide by reviewing, labeling, and analyzing content in Polish.

Position Details

• Role: Data Quality Analyst – Polish Language Specialist
• Contract: 6-Month Contract
• Location: Hybrid – Redmond, WA, Burlingame, CA, Austin, TX, or NYC
• Work Schedule: (Mon/Fri Remote, Tues/Wed/Thurs Onsite) from 8:30 AM to 5 PM PST
• Compensation: $27/hour 💰

What’s the Job? 🚀

• Develop guidelines: Write and improve standards for Polish-language data collection and quality assurance audits.
• Conduct research: Engage in internal studies with Polish-speaking participants, including sourcing, guiding through procedures, and data collection, all while maintaining confidentiality.
• Quality audits: Perform weekly audits of Polish-language data collected by internal and external teams.
• Reports: Compile weekly reports emphasizing trends and issues related to Polish-language data.
• Provide feedback: Offer ongoing input to teams to ensure high-quality Polish data and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

What’s Needed? ✅

• Language proficiency: Fluent in Polish (spoken and written).
• Self-motivation: Ability to independently manage workload.
• Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
• Analytical abilities: Strong research, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets/Excel), including formula writing.
