Job Overview

Location: Plano, Texas | Type: Full-Time

A renowned global IT solutions company supporting enterprise clients across North America, Asia, and Europe is looking for a bilingual professional to join their Cybersecurity Division. If you have a background in IT support, cybersecurity operations, or technical coordination, and enjoy working in an international environment, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as: The primary point of contact for cybersecurity-related customer inquiries 🤝
  • Coordinate: With internal security engineers and communicate technical information clearly to customers 💬
  • Support: Incident response activities, investigations, and security monitoring 🔍
  • Monitor: Security systems including firewalls, intrusion detection, and antivirus platforms 🖥️
  • Assist: in cybersecurity compliance and documentation processes 📄
  • Support: rollout and support of security tools for Japan affiliates 🇯🇵
  • Lead or Support: bilingual customer discussions, status updates, and incident communications 🗣️
  • Identify: process improvement opportunities and support Kaizen initiatives 🚀

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Japanese / English bilingual proficiency required 🇯🇵🇺🇸
  • Experience: 3–5 years in technical support, IT, infrastructure, or a related role
  • Skills: Strong communication and customer-facing abilities 🗨️
  • Technical: Ability to explain cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaboration: Experience working with clients, vendors, or cross-functional teams 🤝
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities 🧠

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge: Cybersecurity, networking, or IT support environments
  • Experience: Using ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk 📝
  • Background: Working between U.S. and Japan business environments
  • Certifications: Security+, Network+, or similar credentials are a plus 🏅
