About the Role ✨
Product Experts (Customer Support Specialists) play a vital role in our company's growth. Your mission is to provide top-tier assistance to customers scaling their businesses with Klaviyo, leveraging your product knowledge and communication skills to surpass expectations.
How You Will Make a Difference 💡
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
- Provide high-quality support via email, chat, and phone to help customers resolve issues effectively
- Communicate clearly to answer technical and non-technical questions across various technologies
- Diagnose and resolve software issues and escalated complaints using established protocols
- Support customers with non-technical inquiries, including marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup questions
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
- Innovate by integrating AI to build smarter workflows and systems from the ground up
Who You Are 🌟
- An excellent communicator, skilled in written and verbal channels
- Passionate about creative problem solving for customers and end-users
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and collaborative
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Experienced with or able to quickly learn:
- Microsoft Office & G-Suite (Sheets, PowerPoint)
- Zendesk & Salesforce
- Web, networking, DNS, IPs, and software products
- APIs, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with the Klaviyo product and completing the Klaviyo Practitioner Certificate is a plus
- Experience with AI projects or a strong interest in exploring new AI tools and workflows 🚀
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
Additional Details 🔎
Base Pay Range (US): $26.92 - $40.38 USD
This role may include up to 10% travel, primarily for onboarding, client or partner engagements, team meetings, and industry events. All travel is scheduled in advance.
