We are seeking an bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Success Manager to ensure smooth implementation of our products and lay the foundation for growth in key accounts. You will be the voice of the customer, driving alignment across teams to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
Reporting to the Head of Mission Control, you will join a passionate, supportive team helping shape the future of manufacturing. 🚀
This role can be based at our Columbus, Ohio headquarters or operated remotely, with travel to the office expected as needed.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for multiple customers across North America 🤝
- Manage the customer journey from post-signature support to ongoing engagement, coordinating with our internal deployments team 🏗️
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, bridging product, engineering, and sales teams 🗣️
- Coordinate ongoing customer touchpoints to ensure production planning aligns with our robotic systems’ capabilities ⚙️
- Own customer utilization of our robotic systems for your portfolio of accounts 🚀
🎯 Who You Are
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to communicate technical and business concepts effectively in both 🗣️
- Willing to travel up to 30% to customer sites to build relationships, provide support, and understand their operations ✈️
- Proficient in communicating complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences 💡
- Skilled negotiator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership 🤝
- Customer-obsessed with a genuine desire to deliver value through our products and services ❤️
- Excited to grow a book of business using modern monetization strategies 📈
