Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to guide clients across North America through their Odoo journey—from implementation to expansion. This hybrid role offers a flexible working schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) in Brisbane, CA.

Odoo is an open-source enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that simplifies business operations through an integrated suite of applications. Covering areas like accounting, inventory, CRM, and project management, our modular system is designed to boost efficiency and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• 👩‍💻 Contact customers currently using Odoo
• 🔍 Analyze clients' business operations
• 🤝 Drive user adoption and engagement
• 💡 Empathize with customer needs to provide tailored solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 🌐 Fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, speaking) - professional or native/bilingual proficiency
• 🎯 Passion for software products
• 🧩 Familiarity with G-Suite applications (preferred)
• 🕒 Available to start immediately
• ❤️ An interest in business operations
• 🌍 Additional languages are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• 💰 Estimated annual pay: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE
• 💵 Base salary: $50,000 - $70,000
