Job Description 📋

• Answer incoming calls from applicants, beneficiaries, and the general public regarding DoAS programs.
• Provide accurate and timely information in response to caller inquiries.
• Complete online applications for callers over the phone.
• Research callers' records to confirm their status.
• Provide detailed instructions on required documentation.
• Mail, email, or fax standard office documents requested by callers.
• Enter information into a call-tracking system for referral to specific units.
• Assist in training new employees and respond to their questions.
• Inform customers about department/agency programs, services, and licensing requirements.
• Explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; clarify forms and guide applicants in completion.
• Assess customer needs or purpose of visit through targeted questions.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of information on forms and applications.
• Conduct information searches in electronic or manual file systems.
• Communicate effectively in English—reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.

Education Required 🎓

• High School Diploma

Working Hours ⏰

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Lunch Break: 1 Hour (Unpaid)
