Role Overview & Responsibilities 🎯

• Assist Spanish or French speaking customers with billing, support, or technical inquiries
• Identify customer needs and offer upgrade or add-on services
• Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
• Accurately code sales and transactions
