Stock Plan Services is seeking multilingual professionals fluent in English and one or more of Mandarin, Italian, German, or Japanese to provide exceptional support in a dynamic, global environment.

Stock Plan Services (SPS), a division of Fidelity Management & Research (FMR) Workplace Investing, administers equity compensation plans for over 800 multinational corporations. We support more than 2.8 million employee participants worldwide, with a dedicated SPS Center located in Kronberg, Germany, assisting more than 750,000 employees outside the US.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities
- Multilingual support: Provide telephone assistance to international SPS participants with diverse plan administration requests
- Educational support: Explain Equity Awards, Stock Options, RSUs/Awards, and ESPP plans
- Website navigation assistance
- Participant account maintenance: Handle address updates, PIN resets, and more
- Process improvements: Continuously seek ways to enhance team efficiency and service quality
Qualifications & Skills
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English (C1/2 level, TOEFL 95+ or equivalent) and at least one of the following: Mandarin, Italian, German, or Japanese
- Customer support experience: Proven record in client support and problem-solving, preferably in call center settings
- Financial background: Qualifications or familiarity with finance preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in finance: Keen understanding of industry trends and economic factors
- Interpersonal skills: Empathetic, engaging, and team-oriented
- Problem-solving mindset: Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
